Location
Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in downtown Detroit, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The service was friendly, though it did take a bit long at times. Unfortunately, the dining options were pricey and not up to par. Overall, the hotel has its highlights and lowlights, which is why I’m giving it a balanced review.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, with some highlights being the spacious rooms and ideally friendly staff. The location was fantastic, right by several attractions, but I did run into a few cleanliness issues upon arrival. While the service was mostly good, the check-in experience was not ideal. Overall, it's a good value for the price, especially if you're looking for convenience.
I had high hopes for this hotel given its location, but my experience was mixed. On the plus side, the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. However, the room was a bit of a letdown, with odors that lingered and disrupted my sleep. The location is excellent for events at Comerica Park, but the smoke from the casino really affected my stay. It was definitely clean, but I wish the dining had offered a better variety for the price.
The hotel boasts a great location just off Route 75, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The rooms were quite nice and clean, located on the 14th floor, but I did miss having a fridge or microwave. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were friendly, I had a negative experience with one who was quite rude when I asked for drinks. Overall, it was a good stay, but there were a few service hiccups that dampened the experience.
I had a decent experience at this hotel. The location was really convenient, especially being so close to Comerica Park for the Elton John concert. The staff was friendly and the room was quiet, but I found the decor a bit outdated. Overall, it’s a reasonable place to stay, though the casino could use some improvements to help with the smoky atmosphere.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is great and the staff was really friendly, but the rooms were quite dated and needed some improvements. The service upon check-in was confusing, and the dining options could definitely use a revamp due to the smoke in the casino area. Overall, it’s decent but not perfect.
This hotel is conveniently located right on the outskirts of the casino area, which is perfect for those looking to game. The rooms are clean and modern with nice amenities, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, if you're not really into gambling, the surrounding area might not be ideal for you. The dining options could use an upgrade in terms of service speed, as I encountered a long wait even when it wasn't busy.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, but the price felt a bit steep with all the additional fees factored in. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, although there was an unfortunate incident with a rather rude check-out reminder. The location is great, especially being close to Comerica Park for the Elton John concert. However, the dining could use some improvement, as the breakfast options were somewhat lacking for the price.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was absolutely fantastic, with lots to do nearby, especially if you enjoy sports and concerts. I was thrilled with the spectacular view of downtown Detroit and the Ambassador Bridge from my room. However, the rooms badly need a refresh and were not ready upon check-in, which was quite inconvenient. The service varied; while some staff were professional and friendly, others were less so. Overall, I appreciated the value for money but felt there were some areas that needed improvement.
I had a great stay at this hotel, which offered a clean and comfortable room perfect for my trip. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, and I appreciated the convenient location near a vibrant area. However, I found the dining options to be just average, and while the facilities were nice, they could use a little extra attention. Overall, I'd say it was good value for money, but there’s room for improvement in some areas.
